 Booking.. We recommend when looking for limousine transportation and comparing rates that you call ahead of time to check for availability and to make an appointment to come in to discuss your wedding day transportation needs with that company. When you called did you speak to a reservationist or did you have to leave a message? Did you receive a return phone call in a timely manner? Was the reservationist polite and knowledgeable? Was their office and shop well organized? Did they show their vehicles and let you sit in them to get a better feel for the comfort level, for your group? First impressions are very important especially in the service industry these are a few things that may tell how that company’s services will be.
 Try booking at a local bridal show, most companies will have a discount package if you book that day.
Contracts.. Make sure you receive a written contract with specific information such as; date, times of service, vehicle type and size, gratuity and the total cost of your services for that day.
 Vehicles.. Limousine companies have many different types of limousines. When comparing rates and vehicles make sure the vehicles are of the same type, size and age. Some larger vehicles such as luxury coach’s and luxury liners may have restrooms on board. Some companies charge extra for this service.
Timing.. Plan your day. It has been our experience that it may take up to 2 hrs for your church service to conclude. This includes the ceremony, receiving line, and pictures at the church. Your limousine company should assist you in planning the time needed so you are not rushing to get to your church service and reception.
Pictures.. If you plan to have pictures outside at a popular place, there may be a wedding party ahead of when you arrive, plan on some extra time for pictures. If it should rain, plan on an alternative inside location. Our chauffeurs may also assist your photographer by keeping track of your time and letting them know when your party will arrive at a destination or need to depart to another destination by use of gps systems.
Snacks and beverages.. We provide napkins, ice, rock glasses and stemware. Many parties bring beverages and snacks for their wedding party to enjoy after the ceremony in the limousine. You may even drop of your items ahead of time and your chauffeur will have the limousine stocked upon arrival. Our chauffeurs will assist you in preparing and organizing all that you provide for your wedding party.
Service.. Put us to work, if there is something you need ahead of time, call us. Allow our tuxedo attired professional drivers to assist you as well, if they can run an errand during your service, please let them know and the will be happy to assist you.
